Underappreciated Superheroes - Tigra

Starting out as a character called 'The Cat' she eventually evolved into a superhuman creature with cat-like powers. Surprisingly she never ended up in the Savage Land but did most of her fighting in the city. I always imagined she would be a good Hero For Hire with Luke Cage and company. She can work that street level alley cat character to perfection. You can team her up with Spider-Woman as they both have training by S.H.I.E.L.D. or have her fight monsters like the Werewolf At Night. She also did some teaching with the young heroes of the Avenger's Academy.
