If I Want This Playset Does It Make Me A Collector Of A Little Girl?

Because I am okay with being both.

Seriously..??

I share the love of Coolness toys and vintage devotion, but this may be a bit far, sir...

Does collecting Disneyland stuff make me a mouse? Could be. I collected guns, so I must be a gun nut. Maybe.
It's too close to Thanksgiving, my wife has me on a short leash, my mind is not coherent.

One day these figures will be vintage and there has really been nothing coming out the Superhero side of the Toy Aisle that excites me. Everything has been shrunk down to less than 4 inches. If you want to see some really cool old collectibles go to Cool and Collected. Brother Brian has some great toys for sale that might be right up your alley.

Nothing in the aisles these days..?

Of COURSE not, that's why God (and Al Gore) made the internet.

TONS of vintage toys to invest in, sir. Most of which lovingly gracing your pages here in the Cave.

"Ummm, Kenner's Oscar Goldman MIB, anyone..???"

AND..., dooooon't forget the new Captain Action sets, sir..

1:6 still rules, despite the fact I'm not collecting 'em much since I discovered the Marvel Legends series.

Go for it! Cool case.

I never forget about Brother Goldman. Marvel Select are my go to Marvel figures of choice. I am all over those Captain Action figures though they take forever to be released.

I am obsessed with this play set. lol I keep waiting for it to go on sale so I can scoop one up. They just keep making fun stuff. Like, just when I think they can't do anything else, they come up with even better stuff.

That's it. There are new Bratz dolls and these Ever After ones but they just don't have what the Monster High do. I am glad to have a friend that can understand why these are so cool. Don't get me started on the vanity sets or the Ice Bead for my Abbey.

You're right on the Select figures.. I'd invest more $$ in them over Legends, but I'm still busy buying up beautiful Silver Age comics.

Have to admit I'm trying to keep my toy collecting to minimums. I'd love to have that Thanos Select figure one of these days.

Still waiting on a DECENT Bronze/Silver Age FF set.. Haven't liked the face sculpts of any Legends FF figures.

My Thanos is right here in front of me. Marvel select are the standard but I have many Legends figures too. I hate the build a figures and I wish they would put out their Galactus and Arim Zola as separate figures. They cost a lot to assemble but they look so cool. I currently am looking for cool vehicles or playsets from Skeletal Warriors, Visionaries or Super Naturals. I like the holograms even though the figures are a bit small. Silver Age comics are a good investment. I have't bought a hard copy comic in years. I have 12000 already but I always am on the look out for those 70s treasuries from MARVEL and DC...the 100 pagers. I loved those. Got all my Golden Age stories from those in the reprints.

Funny that one of the few Marvel Universe sets I have is the FF one with Herbie instead of Torch.
