LOVE Space:1999, always have, always will.
These peg warmers always crack me up, just like the POTA and Galactica ones.
Space:1999 was a staple with Coronation Street and The Prisoner on CBC every Sunday morning as a kid.
Ahhhh, sir but the BEST part of watching 1999 episodes for me was they came at 10:30 at night, just after the news..., on the channel that used to have 'Nightmare Theater' or something..
For a 12yr old like me, just staying up that late, watching it in the dark, was the BEST part. Especially the early creepy episodes of the first year. Watching 'em again during daylight was fun, but it didn't have the sterile, dispassionate, creepy, majestically gloomy, deep-in-space isolation effect of watching it late at night.
First year's still my fav.
I have to do a binge watch of that again. I love the opening theme music and visuals.
